Gerard Paris 6.43 Carat Colombian Emerald Diamond Ring

Beautifully designed and masterfully handcrafted, this 1980s French ring was made by renowned French jeweler Andre Vassort. He is known to have designed and created many collections for Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, and Mauboussin, later establishing himself with his firm, Gerard Paris. The centerpiece of this spectacular ring is an amazing, vibrant green Colombian emerald weighing 6.43 carats, with incredible saturation of color and brilliance. A report from the AGL accompanies the emerald. The domed design is embellished by bright white sparkly round brilliant cut diamonds surrounding the emerald and traveling down along part of the shank. This piece of gorgeous and precious period jewelry is a true showstopper. Signed M. Gerard on the inside of the shank and maker's mark for Andre Vassort on the outside of the shank.
