Georgian Rose Cut Diamond Silver on Gold Cross Pendant

Rare Georgian silver-on-gold rose-cut diamond cross pendant from ca. 1750. 10 smaller rose-cut diamonds and one central larger rose-cut diamond are set in silver in this amazing cross pendant. The centrally set rose cut diamond has a diameter of 8.33 mm. The bail is further set with 3 smaller rose-cut diamonds, and the bail and back of the cross are yellow gold. The cross its' self measures 2.5 inches in length, with the bail adding another inch and 1.9 inches in width—a fantastic piece of period jewelry.
