RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM RIVE GAUCHE JEWELRY IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. ARTICLES SENT WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER.

HOW WILL ITEMS SHIP?
Domestic Shipping: Rive Gauche Jewelry will take care of fully insured shipping to your address within the United States for FREE .
We ship all domestic packages via UPS /USPS EXPRESS MAIL OR FEDEX next day air or second day with an adult signature confirmation required. Packages must be signed for and will not be left on a doorstep. Please contact us prior to shipping if any special arrangements need to be made.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We ship to most destinations outside the US via insured courier, with signature required.There are a few restrictions, due to a country's import prohibitions. Please contact us prior to ordering for an estimated cost of your international shipment. International orders paid for by methods other than a bank wire transfer require additional forms of identification in order for processing to be approved.
Shipping fees for items shipped outside of the US are determined by the value of the item (s) shipped. Please contact us for estimates to send your item.
Recipients of International shipments will be responsible for any costs of shipment, along with local duties and taxes. RIVE GAUCHE JEWELRY has no authority over a country's local customs department and are not liable for rate changes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay local taxes or other importation fees.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of items that have not been customized, you may initiate a return for a full refund within 3 days of receipt, no questions asked. However you do need to contact us within 3 days in order to receive a full refund and to arrange the shipping process.
You may also return your item within 30 days for a store credit (valid for one year).
All jewelry must be returned in the condition in which it was received for the return policy to be honored. Any items that have been worked on by jewelers other than our own are considered final sale and not returnable, unless explicitly agreed to otherwise. Vintage wedding rings that have been resized according to your specifications are final sale and not returnable.
Domestic returns must be sent via next day courier, and for international returns, express. They must be fully insured with a direct signature required. Rive Gauche Jewelry is not responsible for returns that are lost or misplaced by the postal/shipping handler. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, any GIA reports and Appraisal documents/gift box, if applicable .
Upon timely and proper receipt of shipment and review of the item, we will refund the purchase price in full.
International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that Rive Gauche Jewelry might incur by receiving the return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We take great care to assure that our merchandise arrives safely. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If you have decided to initiate a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we have confirmed that we do expect your return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.Upon approval you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
