Refund policy

Returns 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 3 business days for a full refund, no questions asked.

You may return your item within 30 days for a store credit (valid for one year).

Items must be returned in the condition received and shipped in the same manner, next day insured courier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) with direct signature required. Insured express return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be sure to fully insure the parcel upon return to prevent loss. Rive Gauche Jewelry is not responsible for returns that are lost or misplaced by the postal/shipping handler.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM RIVE GAUCHE JEWELRY IS REQUIRED FOR RETURNS. ARTICLES SENT WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rivegauchejewelry.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that Rive Gauche Jewelry might incur by receiving the return. We do not offer free return shipping on international orders.

Damages and issues
We take great care to assure that our merchandise arrives safely. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Refunds
If you have decided to initiate a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
