French Retro 18 Karat Yellow Gold Aquamarine Ring

Beautifully designed and masterfully handcrafted French Retro ring from ca 1940. This ring is centrally set with rectangular emerald cut Aquamarine weighing approximately 4.5 carats. The Aquamarine is prong set with tubular elements embellishing the sides which are repeated on either side of the shanks. This bold impressive ring is expressive of the machine age designs of this period and wonderful piece of period jewelry. French assay marks. Size 7.25 and can be sized.
