The pearl is accompanied by a report from the GIA stating that is a natural saltwater, measuring 10.41 x 8.95 millimeters. The pear shaped pearl has an amazing luster. Embellished by 3 cushion-cut rubies, 3 cushion-cut sapphires, and 6 bright white and lively cushion-cut diamonds, all set in 18 karats yellow gold. Stamped inside the shank 18k.
