Beautifully designed and masterfully handcrafted Retro ruby and diamond ring from ca 1945, crafted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold. The center piece of this ring is a large cabochon ruby weighing 34.68 carats held by 4 yellow gold and platinum prongs. The ruby is embellished by 3 baguette-cut diamond channels set on each of the 4 sides, and the gallery is beautifully worked in platinum tubular wires. The exact weight of the ruby is stamped on the inside of the shank. Ring size 9 can be sized.
