Tiffany & Co. Art Deco Burma Sapphire Diamond Platinum Ring

This unique Tiffany & Co. Art Deco ring from 1925 is beautifully designed and amazingly hand-crafted to the high standards of early Tiffany jewelry. Featuring an oval sapphire approximately 2 carats in weight, with a gorgeous, deeply saturated blue and wonderful brilliance , flanked by two bright white triangular cut diamonds and embellished by numerous smaller Old European cut diamonds, all set in platinum. Beautiful milligrain work and fine engraving give this wonderful ring its' finishing touches. The sapphire is accompanied by a report from the GIA that the origin of the sapphire is Burma, and there are no indications of enhancement by heat - which makes this ring even rarer.
